The telecommunication tower, which also offers a view of the countryside, can be found since the end of 2006 on Pepř Hill (449 m) about 1 km south of Jílové u Prahy. It is a Vodafone and T-Mobile building with a viewing platform.
The Ládví lookout tower, built in 2011, stands on the Vlková peak (488 m above sea level) and rises to a height of 45 metres. 150 steps lead up to the viewing platform, which is 25 metres above the ground.
The object is to protect the communities of cliffs, steppes and deciduous groves with a number of endangered and protected species of plants and animals.
The Mandava lookout tower is also a 12-metre high monument. The intention to build it was decided by the members of the District Education Committee in Jílové in 1929. The memorial was to commemorate the events of 1419, when a meeting of supporters of the Hussite movement led by Václav Koranda took place on this site.
The lookout tower designed by architect Martin Rajniš stands on the flat top of Hradiště, 200 metres above the level of the Vltava River on the site of a former Celtic oppidum. The wooden structure with metal reinforcements measures thirty-two metres and offers a circular view of the surroundings.
